Brandon Drawz has been immersed in competitive swimming since the age of 4. He went on to become a successful age-group and senior swimmer, which ultimately led to his becoming a student-athlete at the University of Washington. As a student-athlete, Brandon was a four-year varsity letter winner. He was also appointed by the University of Washington’s president to serve on the athletic advisory committee and also served as the Captain of the University of Washington Men’s Swimming Team.
After his years as a competitive swimmer, Brandon held various coaching and leadership roles at prestigious clubs around the country, such as the Phoenix Swim Club and the Multnomah Athletic Club, and at Mt. Hood Community College, he was Assistant Athletic Director and Director of Aquatics and Recreation. Furthermore, Brandon served as a head coach and aquatics director for military bases around the world.
The athletic, coaching, and consulting career of Brandon Drawz brought him to different locations such as Wisconsin, North Carolina, Oregon, Arizona, Illinois and Washington. He has also coached and managed a variety of teams for collegiate and USA Swimming programs, and participated in different events and roles organized by USA Swimming.
At present, Brandon Drawz is the President of Enterprise Sports Consortium in Morrison, Illinois. His role is to provide leadership and direction for a consulting group specializing in construction, fundraising, design, and operations of sports venues and teams. He is also in charge of managing or consulting on project budgets ranging from $1M – $30M. Brandon is also the President of the Husky Swimming Foundation.
In his long career in sports management, Brandon Drawz became extremely effective at prioritizing, coordinating, and managing multiple, concurrently running projects with a high level of productivity and quality.
