Brandon Drawz is the President of Enterprise Sports Consortium in Morrison, Illinois. His role is to provide leadership and direction for a consulting group specializing in construction, fundraising, design, and operations of sports venues and teams.

Before becoming the company’s president, Brandon Drawz was an athlete and a professional with many years of experience in sport management and consulting. His work with various sports organizations brought him to different locations throughout the United States. He has also coached and managed a variety of teams for collegiate and USA Swimming programs, and participated in different events organized by USA Swimming. After his years as a competitive swimmer, he held various coaching roles at prestigious clubs around the country, such as the Phoenix Swim Club, the Multnomah Athletic Club, and Mt Hood Aquatics. Brandon was Assistant Athletic Director and Director of Aquatics and Recreation at Mt. Hood Community College. Furthermore, he also served as a head coach and aquatics director for military bases around the world.

What makes Brandon an exemplary figure in the industry is his ability to manage large-scale projects, ranging from the construction of sport facilities to developing different teams and consulting groups. He also carried out a variety of jobs, ranging from coaching roles to senior executive positions. Through handling these roles, Brandon became familiar with new challenges and responsibilities, such as strategic planning, operations and financial management, governance, marketing, contract negotiations, business development, and event management. Throughout the years, he has been a key person in improving the financial, competitive, and operational performance of athletic organizations and facilities in the country.

Brandon is also the President of the Husky Swimming Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting swimming in the Pacific Northwest and to the reinstatement of the swimming program at the University of Washington.
